Pros

I have been working @ MS International for over 10 years and i will say that yes the work is hard, yes you are required to work long hours, but yes whatever you put into this company pays off at the end. As a senior leader i will tell you that this company not only provides you the opportunity to grow and succeed but also gives you the ability to run your team as an entrepreneur the way you deem it fit without micro managing you. Apart from growing myself in this company from a sales into a leadership position, i have myself hired people into Customer Service positions at X pay, who by working hard and showing determination and a drive, have become sales reps earning double/triple what they used to when they joined this company! Lastly i will say that the ownership of this company is caring and has good intentions for all its employees. They are smart entrepreneurs who want to not only grow this company but is looking to grow everyone under them. It’s always good to work for bosses like this cause you also become sort of like them and get the same "yes we can" determination as them, cause at the end everyone succeeds! The ownership of this company also cares for the society at large. They do these more silently vs other companies out there, but I do know for a fact they do spend a lot of their own $$ helping people in need and on many other good social causes. If I were you, I would apply to join the team! PS:- They had no furlough/lay offs during COVID times.

Cons

Hard work! There is no denying this fact! And yes more PTO! But who in the world doesn't want more PTO!

Pros

I wish I could give you a pro RUN away if you can

Cons

Where do I start…. Micromanagement to the max: Dissecting your mileage to your sales visits even though the mileage app sucked and did not work half the time. If you drive their car you can’t even drink water as the camera will alert corporate and you get a nasty email. False promises: only be overnight 1-2 nights a week which was not true Zero training on what’s important Let people sell instead of burying them in worthless tasks Had me train for 8 weeks away from home like I was in the military and I stared at a wall in an office. My wife had a medical scare early on and I mentioned that I would like to be with her with the diagnosis and they still made me travel 8 hours from home. Pretty sure they were forcing me out as I talked to other sales reps and they weren’t under the pressure that I was. It’s not really a real sales job there is no selling your basically and order taker and spend your time trying to figure out the mess of ordering.
