Pros
Very few people were fun to work with. Company BBQ. Employee Appreciation day. That is all.
Cons
It's a very toxic, hostile environment. Leadership are very condescending. They are disrespectful and unprofessional. You cannot have a conversation with them as they will not listen to your concerns. They will jump to conclusions and assume everything you do is incorrect. Supervisor has no management skills and doesn't know how to communicate with people. In the company, there's harassment, discrimination and racism. In the csr office, there's drama and gossiping. It's like the 13th grade. You have grown women that act like two year olds. You will be overworked with low pay. VERY STRESSFUL. You think you're strong? No, you will you cry. Rules and procedures are constantly changing. Some sale reps are difficult to work with or have no idea what they're doing. Standard amount of reps to have are two but they will give you 3-5 while others have one or two and claim they are low volume. No, you have to check orders, do AR, keep up with high volume of emails/phone calls, do weekly reports, and follow up constantly. The more you are good at your job, the more they will take advantage of you. If you feel overwhelmed, they won't care. They do not expect a no from you. There's no training whatsoever. New hires will struggle and be set up for failure. You're thrown into it and will hop around to sit with different CSRs for training. They'll claim two weeks is enough time to train (even though it will be two days) when in reality a good three months is realistic. Turn over is very high. Employees quit constantly because of so many issues. There's NO GROWTH. You will be stuck as a CSR unless you demote yourself to front desk or work in the warehouse. The only way up is being a sales rep which is more stressful. There's probably a lot more issues I haven't addressed but please DO NOT work here.
