Pros

coworkers are generally nice close to train station customers are nice to deal with

Cons

Minimal training throw you to the wolves if you will Management tells you one thing, does the complete and total opposite. Low pay in terms of work you put in General duties no where close to job description Be prepared to see new faces, employee's leave as they don't promote within and pay is very low. As a CSR, i have trained new sales reps and sales directors, upper management doesn't really train. Also its ironic how a CSR can train someone for those positions yet they don't advance to any higher positions. Unless you are related to or a family friend of a higher up, good luck advancing in this company. People with no experience or education will earn more even though they aren't qualified just because they know someone in upper management Total lack of professionalism, and communication. Good work is met with more work, you will not feel appreciated

Pros

I wish I could give you a pro RUN away if you can

Cons

Where do I start…. Micromanagement to the max: Dissecting your mileage to your sales visits even though the mileage app sucked and did not work half the time. If you drive their car you can’t even drink water as the camera will alert corporate and you get a nasty email. False promises: only be overnight 1-2 nights a week which was not true Zero training on what’s important Let people sell instead of burying them in worthless tasks Had me train for 8 weeks away from home like I was in the military and I stared at a wall in an office. My wife had a medical scare early on and I mentioned that I would like to be with her with the diagnosis and they still made me travel 8 hours from home. Pretty sure they were forcing me out as I talked to other sales reps and they weren’t under the pressure that I was. It’s not really a real sales job there is no selling your basically and order taker and spend your time trying to figure out the mess of ordering.
