Pros
Good benefits (401k, PTO days, health insurance) that's about it.
Cons
Extremely low salary compared to industry standard. Hard to move up, have to wait 1 year after each promotion to move up, which is a very weird rule. This isn't a place you work at to "learn" how to do things. Laboratory methods are outdated. Quality engineers don't really have a good grasp on how to handle projects. It's a bit of a mess, and more of a place to gain a few years of experience to put on your resume and get out. Poor departmental communication. Cut overtime opportunities across the board so now salary is extremely low. 10% max raise with promotions. Upper management thinks they are gods and know everything, but most of them have only worked at MTF and no where else. Overall just an embarrassing company where you don't learn much. Also going downhill financially, getting rid of holiday parties, extras, cutting OT and bonuses, frequent layoffs.
