Honest review - Processing Technician MTF Biologics Employee Review

I do not think I could be any more honest in my review for this company. For the couple of years I have worked here I was so excited to wake up and go to work. I was beyond excited to learn, gain knowledge and move up. During my time here, I’ve put my whole heart and my whole self into my work. I loved what I was doing, I loved trying to be better everyday for myself and my co workers. I loved being the one people relied on when they needed help or even a listening ear. The relationships I have built here will forever be with me and remembered. You work everyday for hours with someone in a small room. You know everything about everyone. I can not say the same as it goes higher up in position. For the shift I was on towards the end of a super rocky road from negligence, and absolute robotic corporate heartless humans that work here. Everyday, I was bullied verbally and towards the end physically by another co worked. The company gives no praise to good workers, recognition or can even open their own eyes and see who cares the most about their job. They have let the terrible workers stay who are only there for a paycheck. They have let HR completely overrun with biased opinions and make the people who care feel so small and useless. My honest review, don’t work here if you care about your pride and dignity because you won’t have any left after this place. They’ll take everything you have and shove you down. But if you like pizza parties then apply because that’s the cure to all the bullying, harassment, degrading and exhaustion.
