Pros
The Management is highly committed to making the best use of the resources that are donated by the families of the diseased. Managers challenge us with new and innovative ways to improve ourselves to be useful to any organization we work for. There is no hidden agenda. There is no iota of fear of retribution. They encourage us to help them to help us by being honest about what is happening. I challenge anyone other than from our organization say with conviction that they are as close to management in thinking and feeling a part and of being respected and a though of having contributed. They are also keen on helping us taking our well earned time off whether it is vacation or health reasons for ourselves, pets or our close family. No questions asked. I enjoy working for this company, perhaps even more than working for my own company if I had one. They try to help us to perform at our best. They provide the best resources. You are your own boss. You commit to what you can do and try to achieve.
Cons
I cannot think of anything that I have not been able to communicate, if there are any cons and seen the results of action being taken upon with such earnestness. Saying all these things feels unreal unless you work here.
