Poor managment across the board. Old processes no new thinking - Material Handler MTS Systems Employee Review

Poor management in so many departments. I have been on multiple phone calls and room meetings where people yell at each other. Never worked at a place like this. Not a place that is willing to think outside of the box or try something new. Stuck in the old ways.
