Pros
Variety of projects. Customers' needs are very unique at times. Co-workers are very knowledgeable and enjoyable.
Cons
Top heavy with management. Lots of outside mid level management comes in, takes 2 years to half figure out the business, and then they leave. Very poor direction for company goals, R&D efforts, and general direction of the company.
