People are dedicated to their jobs & it is easy to move positions within the company if you are a good employee.
Cons
It sometimes feels like there is a division between the floor workers and the office staff. It can be a negative environment to work in and a lot of the staff that have been there for many years always talk about how good it used to be vs. trying to make it better now.
