Pros
Core values of the company means everything. Employees come first. Every employee is treated with respect which shows from the first contact with the company. All employees meet with (or teleconference with) the CEO soon after the hire date. How amazing! this is an employee owned company. We work for ourselves not some unknown stockholder.
Cons
As companies grow, they need to keep a strong infrastructure. We are going through pains right now to get that right. But I am confident we will.
