Great Place to Work - Engineering Co-Op MTSI Employee Review

My supervisor is honestly one of the sharpest people I know. He has high expectations for those under him, but it makes all the more worth it when a task is completed. He often asks if I feel I have adequate tasking, making sure I understand the problem, and offering to spend more time explaining it or working with me until I am at a point where I can work on it myself. I get the sense this is what most MTSI managers/supervisors are, great performing individuals who expect the same amount of effort from the people under them, but they care a great deal about the individual.
