Beware — if you work in first line of defense, you will get hit hard. No leadership accountability and they will keep things very hush hush. Countless times where you will be expected to work overtime or weekends. Submitting HR cases for your poor experiences gets you no where. Depending on your role and line of business you may get poor, disrespectful management, no support, and it will take you years to advance. Very minimal annual increases in pay. There are better opportunities out there.
