      Good work/life balance, fair pay.

      Cons

      Lacks ability to grow the business so layoffs continue to be the primary driver to meet revenue targets. Many talented people have been let go yet the same leadership remains. Interesting.

      The people I work with are nice and were helpful with me getting started. The compensation is above average for the work I was doing.

      Sometimes the work can be repetitive and there wasn't the most opportunity to grow.
