      Poor for working from home (although this is improving), below average salaries, a LOT of bureaucracy, too many decisions made in Japan, poor communication

      The people I work with are nice and were helpful with me getting started. The compensation is above average for the work I was doing.

      Sometimes the work can be repetitive and there wasn't the most opportunity to grow.
