Pros

The company cares about the experience for the client and for the employee. The culture and work environment is healthy and you feel good coming to work knowing you are working for a company that does the right thing and is encouraging America to save! There is an attention to detail like I've never seen before. The leadership team is extremely humble and knowledgeable and embodies thoughtfulness and creativity in decision making. The company encourages all team members to be an active part of the community. The people I work with have a heart for service and the leadership encourages continuous development and growth. I could go on and on.....

Cons

There are some quirks, but no downsides I've seen yet. The quirks center around the fact that we are still in the introduction stage and policies and procedures continue to be tweaked and fine-tuned. But the opinions and feedback of the front line team members are solicited and action is taken given what is relayed.

We’re glad you love it here and appreciate you sharing your experience so far. We’re invested in the communities where we live and work, and measure our performance not simply by the dollars we spend or hours our colleagues volunteer, but by the impact our work has on individual lives and the world around us. Thanks for the role you play in making PurePoint a “Best in Class” team!
