      Only reason is they pay well

      Cons

      Culture is toxic, lack of direction from leadership, complete imbalance of power. Seems to be a bunch of people brought in from other big companies, lured with titles and high salaries, all with their own personal agendas. This leads to lack of strategic vision, and no continuity. Horrible environment to be in.
