      The bank is filled with many pleasant people. Some of the cross border transactions are interesting. The project finance team are market leaders.

      Pay is below market. The bank is filled with incompetent people or people focused on building their turf, rather than bank performance and competitiveness.

      Cons

      - not enough training, have to find resources yourself - not enough career progression in the bank for back office roles - doing work that sometimes isn't useful - old technology - AVP's doing VP work because of layoffs to save money
