      Pros

      Pay, some coworkers are kind.

      Cons

      Very toxic environment. No team work, a lot of inappropriate gossip and toxic behavior. Unwelcoming, unhelpful, quick to blame and not take responsibility for actions due to fear. Not creative. Lack of supplies, lack of equipment to get projects completed. People stoping your print jobs to prevent your project from being completed in a timely manner. Employees taking naps and not doing their work. Stale.

      - not enough training, have to find resources yourself - not enough career progression in the bank for back office roles - doing work that sometimes isn't useful - old technology - AVP's doing VP work because of layoffs to save money
