      Nice colleagues and friendly. In addition it offers good benefits and time-off policies (depends on the department)

      Cons

      Promotion is very slow or almost nothing, the culture in certain department is not conducive for those without Japanese knowledge

      The people I work with are nice and were helpful with me getting started. The compensation is above average for the work I was doing.
