1) very centralized decision-making where inputs from employees that have the knowledge and know-how are not valued;2) this is the only firm I've worked at that does not active promote from within but rather first consider external candidates (given the same qualifications); 3) would not recommend anyone who values diversity & inclusion highly to work here (saying is one thing and doing is another)
