The company is very stuck in its ways. There was a lot of pushback to any changes in approaches, especially if they have come from Tokyo head office. Most of senior management would regularly argue their way out of problems instead of solving them. Outdated tech and software. A lot of paper pushing and slow, old processes. It was hard to have a sense of accomplishment here. Renumeration is average for most but not all teams.
