A toxic environment where your coworkers will not hesitate to gossip and scheme behind your back. Yes, that's the pro.
Cons
- Below par compensation for the hours and schedule demanded - Unfriendly and cliquish coworkers - Surprisingly low level of subject matter knowledge at all levels - Very low morale and high turnover at junior levels They will try to sell you with their "#1 ranking in league tables", but this bank is basically not well-respected by other PF banks and buy-side players - exit opportunities will be accordingly poor.
