Pros
They try and make you think that you will have all the help from the rest of the leaders, but that’s not true. They throw you into the phones and expect for you to know everything on your first call. They talk to you like you’re a kid and they do not respect you at all. When you ask for help, they take many minutes before they respond to you and during that time, they constantly tag you on the chat letting you know to refresh your hood with the customer after every 3 minutes, there was MANY times were I and many other employees would go back and check on the customer up to five times lying to them that you were working on it when in reality you were waiting for a lead to assist you. Then they get mad at you for taking “too long” on your calls. They expect you to finish your call in less than 5 minutes but how can you finish a call in that short amount of time when literally every call you have to complete a stop payment, an over draft fee adjustment, report a stolen debit card and then file a claim on top of reading the disclosures. Many times customers called in upset because the atm would take their cash deposit and wouldn’t deposit the cash in their account and the customer had to wait many days before they got their money back. Try explaining that to so many customers who were going to use their own cash to pay their bills. Oh and nobody cares about you or the customer, they only care about the numbers. I’ve never wrote a review before but I had to take the time to do it to wane the rest. And don’t say I didn’t warn you, by the way, they hire so many people and so many quit as well. They have a call center in Jamaica and many customers get furious at them and so they cold transfer the call to you and now you have to deal with other employees mess ups. And they will constantly add more job duties without increasing your pay, when I tell you they want you to do everything on that call, you have to and it has to be done in less than five minutes! Or maybe six.
Cons
There’s really nothing good about this. Except if you get hired permanently you get some decent benefits.
