      Great salary and good benefits, easy life if you want it.

      Cons

      cliquey - its about who you know and not what you know. Long hours working culture. If you are career driven, then this is not a place for you. Promote company values but don't demonstrate them.

      The people I work with are nice and were helpful with me getting started. The compensation is above average for the work I was doing.

      Cons

      Sometimes the work can be repetitive and there wasn't the most opportunity to grow.
