Pros
Large organization - has stability.
Cons
Lacks diversity. Very micromanaging with your hours and in office days even when it doesn’t make sense. Morale is not the greatest and management is very much positioned with the mindset of “be happy you have a job.” Internal movement is good for some and not for others. Depends a lot on who you’re linked with that has power to help propel you forward. Lots of offshoring is happening, and our jobs onshore are starting to show no growth. Many onshore staff are uneasy and the management doesn’t appear to have any answers for them. Strongly favors certain race groups. They also pay you less than other companies with the same roles. Exempt employees are still managed as if they were hourly employees and are always expected to log 8 hours min.
