There are a ton of managers and AVPs but very few people to manage, leading to large workload for lower level employees. IT is incredibly slow and commonly unhelpful. Systems are very out of date. Very little PTO compared to similar companies. No longer allowing employees that do not have a team locally to work from home. Electronic banking specifically: No clear expectations Very disorganized Toxic management Supervisors are hired for personality not expertise Very little appreciation for hard work LOTS of changes happening constantly without consulting people with expertise on the subject
