Pros
One of the largest banks in the world, however, a boutique feel due to growing presence in the Americas. Very nice culture and people (not your typical dog-eat-dog competitive environment in an investment bank) and a lot of exposure to senior management.
Cons
A lot of hierarchy on the executive level which makes it hard to be promoted long-term if you are not Japanese. Still a growing bank and can tend to be unstructured/unorganized, with slow decision making.
