No guaranteed salary increase You'll be asked to come in on weekends and holidays and they won't take "no" as an answer. The management will pester you over and over again until you agree. There's no extra pay for coming in on weekends and holidays Management does not listen to their employees. They only cascade and you're expected to just follow even if you have concerns about what they want you to do. 15th month bonus will only be credited next year - June. So you have to wait for next year if you want to get your 15th month bonus VERY SMALL health card limit. Just 1 or 2 ERs will wipe out your health card Toxic people - so much gossip and fake news in the office Unethical workmates
