      Pros

      My Coworkers were some of the brightest people I’ve worked with in my career. Pay was Ok to start out my career

      Cons

      Constant layoffs and management shifts. After sale of union bank, I struggled to find consistent footing with all the changes. Required us in office 4 days a week no exception, and made it an utmost priority to enforce this. Constant turnaround between exists and layoffs. Lack of career opportunity advancement.
