-large yearly bonus -4% company match and cash pension -no micromanagement -lenient schedule -free parking (to incentivize RTO) -large offering of training
Cons
-for immediate team, scattered coworkers and management (feels less like a unit) -Goals are generic and do not provide trajectory for employees or group growth. -Only allow certain number of higher ranked YE reviews (4 or above). No definition of what people that have earned those ratings did or would be expected. -Outsourced or remote workers brought in -during busy times, workload can seem heavier than that of coworkers.
