      Pension, decent insurance package, knowledgeable coworkers (mostly)

      Cons

      RTO 4 days but asking to be in the office 5 days. Bad annual increase. Useless HR Dept., bad work life balance (at least where I worked), lots of incompetent leadership Needs to screen better for MDs.

      - Learning - Networking - Great & Friendly people

      Cons

      - not enough training, have to find resources yourself - not enough career progression in the bank for back office roles - doing work that sometimes isn't useful - old technology - AVP's doing VP work because of layoffs to save money
