      Good benefits, pension plan!! No crazy long hours.

      Cons

      Dead end, no promotion opportunities if you are in high cost locations or not in cahoots with management. Politics, the higher performance you have, the faster you get letgo. Hiring Sr management with ZERO experience and related skills is their specialty.

      - not enough training, have to find resources yourself - not enough career progression in the bank for back office roles - doing work that sometimes isn't useful - old technology - AVP's doing VP work because of layoffs to save money
