      Team is pleasant to work with and training is extensive

      Cons

      The hours are not the best, we work with teams out west and typically leave at 6pm. Also during busy times work could continue to 7pm-8pm.

      - Learning - Networking - Great & Friendly people

      Cons

      - not enough training, have to find resources yourself - not enough career progression in the bank for back office roles - doing work that sometimes isn't useful - old technology - AVP's doing VP work because of layoffs to save money
