      Budgets allow for use of the best tools. Compensation package is great. Many opportunities for advancement. Management is great about recognition when you excel. Teams work well together to complete projects and achieve goals. Everything is planned and handled professionally. Multi-national reach.

      - not enough training, have to find resources yourself - not enough career progression in the bank for back office roles - doing work that sometimes isn't useful - old technology - AVP's doing VP work because of layoffs to save money
