Pros

For low income and long term underemployed... can be a chance for full time work. Credit for those on government assistance makes this an easy place to come on board. Training is complete and substantial.

Cons

If you are unskilled, this can be a job that possibly pays your bills. Very low pay for the amount of responsibility and pressure. Hours can be grueling...with sleep inconsistent. Employees and management have no respect for confidentiality. Hiring process is totally inconsistent...can be weeks before you are pulled out of training or employment for hiring practice issues.
