Pros

You get paid hourly. You get tips. You get a bonus for working there after three months and recognition for being a good worker at six months. You grow. They are very nice there. You don't have a boss watching over you all the time. You get to pick great hours as a part time and they offer a lot of over time.

Cons

No other skills used to be applicable for other jobs other than driving. A bus or a truck. Just be careful that they pay you correctly. Keep track of your hours.
