Pros

You get to make a difference in the world. Great benefits (though cost is very high for the hourly wage). Fun job, once you get used to it.

Cons

Management isnt held to the same standards as non-management Management doesnt have your back The opendoor policy is only lip service Can be stressfull In this area the nepotism is terrible, managment team were all related and hired others that were part of their family, and showed favoritism to their race and treated customers and other staff that are of different race then them.
