Pros
Some of the people are nice to work with
Cons
After I had already gotten hired and left my previous job, they told all of us that the company would be relocating to California and that they would be closing all other offices. They made all of the technicians work every weekend for 2 months straight because of unrealistic deadlines. When the projects wouldn't finish on the deadline because the CEO wanted a 2 week project done in 2 days on a weekend, he would have a tantrum and start throwing stuff around in the back for us to clean up after him. Would get guilt tripped by multiple people to stay longer even after staying 2 hours after my shift ended They would fire people on a whim and with no real reason given. The IT guy got fired the same day he fixed an email issue that someone else caused and then gave the guy who messed up the emails the IT job. Multiple people would try to do other peoples work and then leave a massive mess for the actual technician to clean up and when asked to clean up after themselves they would say "Well you didn't work over the weekend so you should be the one cleaning it up" Multiple rich kids who don't actually know how the real world works and are entitled and really spoiled. They didn't get any information about the relocation to california till 2 weeks before the company was supposed to move. We would bring up that many of us needed the relocation bonuses and when we would move so we could break leases but they just wouldn't give us any information. When talking to the CEO about raises, he would give maybe 2 extra dollars to people and told some that he was paying them too much already and wouldn't give a raise to them, quoting Tesla and Space X prices (which weren't accurate at all) They would be late on overtime payments almost every paycheck and wouldn't get it to us till months later. Multiple OSHA violations would happen every week because the CEO didn't want to spend the money for safety. Got to the point where they daisy chained upwards to 5 power cables in the offices for it to "look nice" They have a giant fish tank that they would neglect and not feed the fish, they would die almost every day and the CEO would just get more fish. None of us wanted it and when we told him, he said we would get a new one in california if we did good.
