Pros

Amazing opportunities for untalented social climbers and others who love getting ahead through flattery, not competence.

Cons

Almost everything. It's run a bit like a cult, nobody knows what's going on, people randomly get fired, and pretty much what you'd expect when you give a 20 year old millions of dollars without any adult supervision.

- early stage start up that gives a lot of responsibility. upside is limited by capability only - talented team that likes to move fast - CEO deeply cares about results and is good with investors. should help the company grow and survive into the future - free to be yourself. so long as you respect others, you can look however you'd like, wear whatever you'd like, and say what's on your mind. No bureaucracy - fair pay and good benefits. HC/dental/vision taken care of, 5% 401k match, stock comp.

Cons

- growing pains of any typical early stage start up. CEO is young and still learning how to run a company. not a dealbreaker
