The CEO is 20 years old and lacks real experience or expertise. He constantly tries to micromanage the company and sets the company back at every turn. The core clique within the company are the CEOs buddies. They are generally totally incompetent and severely harm the company, yet because they’re the CEO’s friends they get a pass and even rewarded when they pass other people’s work off as their own. Employees who actually know what they’re doing have to tiptoe around these people because the CEO will defend them no matter what. Most of the good reviews are from this core group who are trying to pad the company’s reviews and hide the reality of the company. There is a general lack of respect for people. People are treated poorly across the board, as if they were servants. They do not take building weapons seriously, and there is a general disregard for safety across the board, which is evident from the Forbes article written a couple months back.
