Terrible management skills especially in the quality department. No training will be provided to familiarize yourself with your position. You will be pigeonholed. You will get accused of not doing your job for sitting at your station even when 99% of your job requires you to be at your station. You are expected to know things outside your position. (Example) - my job requires me to compile documents and organized them per a specific customer request. Within 3 weeks of my job I’m already being questioned about a non-conformant-report detailing the issue of a dimension that is potentially out of tolerance. I’m no engineer by the way so I have no business reviewing these non-conformant-reports. You will be told that you will not be pigeonholed and will be given tools to succeed. Better think again because you will be told later that if you need to get pointed to the right direction then you’re not needed for the job. You will be talked to like you’re stupid and incapable of learning.
More importantly you will be confused of what your job’s responsibilities are if you’re a quality assurance administrator because even your boss doesn’t even know the responsibilities of your position. Be extremely prepared to be mentally beaten by verbal attacks from your quality management. Definitely isn’t a healthy environment to be in.
