Pros

1. Most of the staff (across all the disciplines) were great people to work with 2. Good camaraderie and team spirit 3. Decent range of projects 4. Ample Social events and laid back work environment

Cons

1. Sometimes one can get pigeonholed 2. Certain kinds of projects (that are more architecturally influenced) may tend to go to a specific team. This is partly justifiable since that team may have a history of doing a better job on such projects, but this also reduces the scope for other teams 3. Management can be risk-averse sometimes with decisions and design philosophy

Pros

Job pays well for the area Firm culture is good and seems to be improving with current firm leadership Lots of diverse business sectors and multidisciplinary team keeps the company flexible and makes it a good place to learn and develop new skill sets. The size of the company makes it one of the more diverse and inclusive I’ve worked for.

Cons

It’s on the larger side so policy changes can be slow and there is a bit of a bottleneck with hiring and annual reviews. Project work is, understandably, prioritized over making time for staff and overhead focused tasks
