Pros
Smaller and privately owned, greater stability compared to other Learning companies. Attractive to those wanting to make an impact and have a voice. Using Learning Science to direct product development and approach to the market. In general, a good company with some very great people, doing great work.
Cons
Very cliquey, organizational silos hamper collaboration. "Redesign" happens here every 6 - 12 months, leadership team sheds talent too easily, and seems to favor tenure over performance. Slower to develop transformative digital learning tools compared to the rest of the industry.
