toxic workplace, victim blaming, sick-system from the top-down; works you to the bone with little to no training; expects unrealistic outcomes for success; 60-75 hrs per week to barely get the job done; rewards backstabbing and promotes fear-based culture; not a healthy "academic" place to work; company constantly makes quick, poorly researched decisions and then has to redo those decisions (making, again, quick, poorly researched decisions repeating the cycles for multiple years); too fast-paced to get anything done; 8-hours of meetings most days; reinventing the wheel (testing new admin/HR systems on employees repetitively, resulting in constant relearning, backsliding); toxic positivity from the CEO as if their decisions do not negatively affect the rest of the company; 6-7 CEOs in ~10 years; ego-driven team sectors make cross-collaboration nearly impossible; reduction of benefits (including bonuses) in the past few years; upper management hands "talking points" to lower management to try to get direct reports to agree with benefit reductions (e.g., more access to mental health apps = less bonus pay]; this company is going downhill fast - stay away
