Celebrated mediocrity - Director Macmillan Learning Employee Review

Lack of true leadership. CEO left and was replaced with a mediocre internal person for the sake of celebrating DEI. Let’s not consider that actual DEI given they have zero commitment to that other than to name it. Sales team and leadership is a joke, there is a good old boys club (even with a few women) that will never be broken and the weak president leans into it because it makes her life easier. The answer to every problem is to lay people off. They systemically do it twice a year. HR doesn’t care and is just trying to save their own jobs by cozying up to the president. It’s a mess.
