Safe Campuses, Online/In-Person courses, and they give you the week between Christmas and New Years off.

Cons

Pay Scale, The Unions, Men dominant the Institution. Human Resources department is a joke and take this sweet time on everything. Faculty are lazy, not just the adjunct, but mostly the FT Faculty. They falsely promote jobs, they do not care about work/balance and they say it is a hybrid schedule, when it is not. Higher up administrators are always given more opportunities.
