Pros

plenty of PTO, benefits are decent, commute is good and campuses are well kept. Co-workers are great but turnover is high.

Cons

No annual review so no performance-based raises. HR is a joke. No explanation of benefits and they are non-responsive to questions regarding pay and benefit. The only way to advance is to change jobs within the College which is a poor business model for employee retention. This system rewards those who just show up on time.
