Over the past 2 years the management team has worked to position the company as well as possible to become a major factor in Agile Software development, ERP and database design and services. With corporate certifications in CMMI L3, ISO 9000, 27001 and 20000 employees and customers can be assured Macro Solutions has the competence and capability to be successful. Employee focus allows individuals to know that they are valued, that reassurance allows them to focus on quality and provides the freedom to openly contribute to the betterment of both their positon and the delivery to the customer. Cons
The company is currently transitioning from a smaller company to a large one. The current decision processes sometimes cause delay's or provide for decision that don't give full considerations to the individual customer locations. The company management needs to start to delegate some decisions down a level and allow them time to focus on successfully moving to definitive growth and success at a strategic level. Feedback to individuals on a routine basis is somewhat lacking.
