Everyone I've met at this company has treated me like a personal friend since I started working here. The environment is friendly without being too relaxed, and I have been doing interesting and stimulating work to help jumpstart my career. There is truly an emphasis on growth for Macro employees, more so than at any company I've worked for -- they provide money for training in order to make their employees more well-rounded and allow them to work on personal development
