      Pros

      Pay is decent, most employees are nice enough. The work is pretty standard so there aren't outlandish expectations. You are required to do miscellaneous tasks or take over additional tasks due to employees leaving.

      Cons

      I would not recommend working here! With the company changing hands and being purchased there have been continued negative changes. (Downsizing in the wrong areas, company only downsizing for greater profits.) Managment does not care about employees and some positions have a high turn over rate. The offices are poorly laid out and dated which comes across as unprofessional. Communication is severly lacking and causes a lot of unnecessary confusion. The company has absolutely no loyalty to employees regardless of how long you have worked here. Many benefits are below industry standard especially 401k. I am looking to jump ship as soon as I can get a replacement job.

The purchase by Lintec is bringing about many positive changes and growth for the organization, and we have added quite a few new positions since the purchase at the end of 2016. I would encourage you to voice your concerns with your manager or local HR team to see if they can be addressed. We certainly are working to improve communication across the organization, and I hope you are able to stick around to see a positive impact. Regarding benefits, our 401k actually is well above the industry standard and is offered day one of employment. If you have any further suggestions, we would love to hear your feedback!       not very much very hot non stop work and constant lies from management

      mandatory overtime without any notice . management is extremely disrespectful and untrustworthy
